Read James 5:4-6 & Psalm 119: 169-176
Jesus said in Matthew chapter 9, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few." Such laborers are rare gifts of God and should be treasured. Many a congregation has come to know their worth only after it has been without a pastor. When Christians are negligent about their pastors, they are really dishonoring Jesus, the Head of the Church. It should never be said that the Church disregards or despises the spiritual harvesters Christ has appointed.
Lord, help me to support Your ministry in the Church. Amen.
